We are now focused on restaurants, especially Japanese Restaurants. Our restaurants are now located in Jakarta, Jakarta Greater Area, Bali, and Labuan Bajo.
 

Most of our establishments are Japanese Restaurants. In every Japanese-themed restaurant we are trying to give a time trip sensation to our guests. However, more than just Japanese ambiance, the heart of our business is Japanese hospitality service standard, omotenashi (お持て成し)

We always recommend you reserve a table, so there’s no disappointment at having to wait. However, reservations are not required. We’d be delighted for you to just drop in.

Once you make a reservation from our website, you will not be able to make a change or modification to it. You will need to contact our restaurant directly. Our staffs will be more than ready to assist you.

Yes, we do. Most of our restaurants offer semi private/private rooms that are very suitable for group dining, business meeting or events/gathering.

Yes, absolutely.
Here are the benefits for our members:

1.  By applying to our membership, you are entitled to endless 10% off of your total transaction for all food and beverage menu, including alcohol beverages. There is no minimum or maximum spending to use your KAWANO Membership discounts

2. We’re very sure you will be thrilled to read this one. We are giving you a privilege to use up to 50% BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT once a year in any of our restaurants!

Here are the T&C for your birthday discounts

1. Discount can only be used 1 time / year in one KAWANO GROUP’s restaurant only
2. 50 % Discount is applicable for food and non-alcohol beverage. Some restaurants have its own specific menu that is not applicable with this discount.
3. Minimum purchase history is required. Each restaurant might have different requirement. Please kindly confirm to the restaurant.
4. Reservation is required. When you make a reservation, please kindly tell our staff your membership number and you want to use your KAWANO Birthday discount.
5. Your discount is usable 7 days before until 7 days after your birthday. For example, if your birthday is on the 15^th, your discount’s validity starts on 9^th and ends on 21^st).
6. There is no minimum spending to enjoy your discount, but the maximum spending is at IDR 4.000.000 (before tax and service charge). Any purchase made above will be counted as normal price.
7. We are sorry we do not accept split bill.
8. Your Birthday Discount is usable for dinner time on weekdays (Mon-Fri) or both lunch/dinner on weekend (Saturday, Sunday), except for THE GRILL which only allows Birthday Discount to be used on Monday – Wednesday dinner time only. 
9. This discount cannot be clubbed with any other promotion and strictly only for the member 

Simply come and dine in any of our restaurants and ask our staff to apply KAWANO Membership. You will need to fill your data in temporary card which you can already use in your next visit. The actual card will take 3 weeks – 1 month to finish. You can pick up your card again in the same restaurant you registered your membership in.

Yes sure we do. Our KAWANO GIFT CARD is usable in all of our restaurants. They are perfect for your personal use, gift to your foodie relatives or gift to your employees.

Our Gift Card is sold per envelope at IDR 1.000.000, consists of 11 sheets of Gift Voucher, each worth IDR 100.000. It means, for every envelope you purchase you get a free extra 100.000 Gift Voucher. Yes, the more you buy, the more you collect.
